As it turns out, my parents afforded me more than this uneven haircut. In 1999, they moved our family from Serbia to the U.S. for an opportunity at a better life.

I'm currently at Wieden+Kennedy Portland, dedicated to making that opportunity worthwhile - and getting marginally better haircuts in the process.
